Terms and Conditions of QuantumX Platform

1. Definitions

QuantumX Platform: An intelligent platform powered by AI for investment and trading in various financial markets, including crypto, forex, stocks, and gold.

User: Any individual or entity using the platform's services.

Daily Profit: A percentage of the investment credited to users daily (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

Referral: A program encouraging users to introduce others to the platform.

Referral Levels: A 5-level referral system offering different rewards and profit percentages to referrers.

2. Membership Conditions

• Membership is permitted for individuals aged 18 and above.
• Registering on the platform implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
• Users must provide accurate personal and financial information. Providing false information or violating rules will result in account suspension.
• Users must ensure that using the platform complies with the laws of their country.

3. Referral Program

• Users can earn rewards by introducing others to the platform through referral links.
• Referral rewards are as follows:
  • Direct Reward: 5% of every investment or top-up made by the referred user.
  • 5-Level Referral Rewards:
    • Level 1: 10% of the daily profit of referred users.
    • Level 2: 9% of the daily profit of referred users.
    • Level 3: 8% of the daily profit of referred users.
    • Level 4: 7% of the daily profit of referred users.
    • Level 5: 10% of the daily profit of referred users.
• Rewards are calculated daily and credited to the referrer’s account, except on official holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

4. Responsibilities and Limitations

• Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. The platform is not liable for breaches or misuse of accounts.
• Engaging in illegal activities or using another user’s account will result in account suspension.
• The platform does not guarantee profits beyond the conditions stated. All profits depend on actual trading performance and AI algorithms.
• Users must ensure that accessing and using the platform complies with their local regulations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Investments must be made through authorized and announced methods.
• Withdrawal requests for capital and profits will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
• Any transaction fees (e.g., blockchain network fees) are the user’s responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed on official holidays.

6. Security

• The platform uses the latest security technologies to protect user information and investments.
• Users must use secure connections and strong passwords for their accounts.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to support immediately.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The platform reserves the right to update terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation between the user and the support team.
• If unresolved, disputes will be addressed based on the laws of the country where the company is registered.
